The MFAH Shop is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit the MFAH Shop in person with your original sales receipt to begin the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the merchandise is in its original, unused condition and includes all original museum packaging, tags, and documentation.

• 3.
  Secure Shipment

  Pack the items carefully and ship them back to the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston shop using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method, excluding initial shipping costs.
